Founded in 1985, PSEG Global's portfolio includes electric generation facilities primarily in California and Hawaii. Essentially, all of PSEG Global's international assets have been sold.

PSEG Global is a 100% owner of PSEG Solar Source LLC, an owner, operator and developer of large scale solar farms in the U.S.

PSEG Global also owns stakes in Garden State Offshore Energy, which is exploring the development of a 350MW windfarm off the coast of New Jersey.
